Since 2018, we have established a charter that adheres to various laws and regulatory requirements in our business operations. This is to protect ourselves from conflicts of interest, corruption, influence peddling, and money laundering.

Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct

We ask all our team members to follow the guidelines of this Code of Conduct, which has two main objectives:

  • Help employees recognize the risky situations they might encounter.
  • Help employees adopt the right behaviors that will enable them to follow the rules and fight against corruption.

Ethical alert systems

A memo for employees and a guide are available on LGM's Intranet to explain the process for reporting and handling alerts. The employee guide outlines the steps that whistleblowers need to follow. LGM's management ensures the confidentiality of both the whistleblower and the person being reported.
