We are committed to promoting our CSR initiative among our employees. To that end, we organize a variety of events:

• Conference cycle related to the climate crisis, led by external speakers,
• Organization of "Climate Frescoes" to understand the key climate issues and take action.
• CSR Month: a month each year filled with events aimed at raising awareness about environmental, social, and ethical issues.
• Etc…

As part of our services, environmental actions are implemented:

• Reduction of paper consumption:
• Repair of equipment rather than purchasing new equipment 

To help reduce the carbon footprint associated with our employees' travel, we have implemented sustainable mobility measures such as:

• Implementation of the Sustainable Mobility Package,
• Promote telecommuting,
• Promotion of carpooling and vehicle sharing,
• Encouraging the use of public transportation for commuting to and from work.
• Encouragement to use electric vehicles rather than thermal ones,
• Awareness and training of employees.

We have implemented a waste collection, sorting, and recycling system in most of our offices, and we continue to improve it year after year. At the same time, we regularly educate our employees to instill good practices for waste reduction and sorting. 

Our IT department has been committed to digital sustainability for several years. This commitment is outlined in a responsible digital charter aimed at reducing the ecological, economic, and social impact of information and communication technologies through various initiatives.
