The promotional actions implemented by the LGM group to support equal opportunities and gender diversity are as follows:

  1. Promoting LGM activities to young women.
  2. Highlighting LGM female talents
  3. Supporting employees on issues of gender equality.
  4. Ensuring equal treatment between Women and Men throughout their careers.
  5. Promoting the presence of women in governing bodies and in positions of responsibility.
  6. Supporting women in taking on positions of responsibility.
  7. Raising employee awareness on the topic of equal opportunities.

The French gender equity index reports published in 2024, based on 2023 data, are for the companies evaluated within the LGM Group:

  • Company LGM: 80/100
  • Company LGM Engineering: 90/100

Economic insertion

We have established a long-standing CSR policy aimed at ensuring job security for seniors and promoting gender equality. Over time, we have evolved this policy to support social inclusion through economic activity for individuals who are distanced from the job market, utilizing various solutions:

  • Internally, Our goal is to promote learning, work-study opportunities, and access to activities for clients, specifically for employees with disabilities.
  • Externally, We have established two partnerships with the organizations APF France Handicap and ARCESI to assist in the implementation and monitoring of the social inclusion clause.

Quality of life and working conditions

This commitment led our HR department to launch a comprehensive "Employer Promise" project aimed at assessing employee well-being.

SOLIDARITY Program

Since 2017, we have launched the SOLIDARITY project to support our employees who are involved in charitable or community-focused initiatives outside of their working hours.

Every year, the group supports projects focusing on the following themes:

  • Citizen solidarity,

  • Education and equal opportunities
  • Employment and professional integration.

This support takes the form of grants and collaborative actions between the LGM group and the supported associations, such as fundraising events and awareness-raising conferences.
