CSR Charter
LGM is developing its CSR role with the support of its stakeholders, including employees, clients, suppliers, shareholders, and local communities. This role is reflected in a comprehensive policy outlined in the Group's CSR charter, which applies to all entities and employees within the organization.
The LGM Group has been committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for many years. They regularly assess their CSR management system through EcoVadis and evaluate its effectiveness through a CSR review conducted with the Group's management.
A commitment to results : ECOVADIS
Measurement indicators are established and regularly monitored for each theme.
Every year, the LGM Group is assessed by EcoVadis. In 2024, the group was awarded a Bronze medal, achieving an overall score of 59 out of 100.
Requirements applied to our suppliers
We communicate our CSR requirements to our suppliers through a Supplier Charter. These requirements are outlined in our Responsible Purchasing Policy and are assessed using a questionnaire sent to our partners and subcontractors.
CSR Team
LGM has established a CSR organization including:
- A decision-making body (Management),
- A steering and coordination body (CSR Manager),
- Local representatives established in various regional offices are tasked with coordinating and implementing actions on the ground.
This organization relies on all the support departments of the Group, each contributing their resources: Human Resources, IT, General Services, and the Legal Department
