Senior Reliability Engineer

Context :

LGM North America is presently looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer. The first mission will be to put in place a failure report process for a large-scale railway project.

Your responsibilities :

• Establish and oversee the implementation of failure report and analysis process;
• Ensure that all the relevant data are correctly set up in the CMMS;
• Perform detailed analysis of failure data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of failures;
• Lead meeting with multiple stakeholders to perform root cause analysis and address the issues;
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence;
• Work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement and deploy the process;
• Map the costs of activities and ensure that there are no hidden costs;
• Participate in technical and administrative meetings;
• Build a strong relationship with the client.

• Engineering degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in reliability and maintenance
• Proven experience in FRACAS processes.
• Knowledge of CMMS software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with the development of complex Safety Assurance techniques.
