The Country Manager will be responsible for:

  • Capturing project opportunities and developing commercial relationships with Italian clients in industries such as railways, aircraft, transportation, naval, space, automotive, energy, and defense
  • Managing project implementation and ensuring delivery within agreed-upon timelines and budgets
  • Recruiting, selecting, and managing the human resources needed for projects
  • Ensuring administrative management of the office, including updating databases and managing customer relationships
  • Promoting the company through professional events and workshops, adapting the company's reference database to the local market, and updating the company website to increase impact
  • Delivering awarded projects in person to meet contractual schedules
  • Acting as project interface with the customer and monitoring internal contract performance, including on-time, cost, and quality deliveries

Profil recherché

Requirements

  • Fluency in French is required
  • Engineering academic background and experience in project execution in the company's business areas
  • Commercial skills to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Management skills to attract, select, and appoint skilled labor for projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
